Terms of service
The terms for buying and using Hustle TV Studio. Plain language; the whole of it.
Who we are
Hustle TV Studio and this website are provided by MY TUCKERS LIMITED (trading as Kenjin), a company registered in England and Wales under number 09821160, registered office c/o Hillier Hopkins LLP, Radius House, First Floor, 51 Clarendon Road, Watford WD17 1HP, United Kingdom. Contact: support@hustletv.app.
What you are buying
Hustle TV Studio is a macOS application. A licence is an annual subscription that lets you run the application on one Mac: the Single-channel licence (£149 per year) runs one channel; the Multichannel licence (£349 per year) runs up to five channels on the same Mac. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; local taxes are calculated at checkout.
Trial
You can use Hustle TV Studio free for 14 days on one channel before buying. The trial needs no card and no account. When it ends the application keeps your channel, vault and schedule; broadcasting resumes when a licence is activated.
Payments, our reseller and your receipt
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles payment, taxes and receipts, and its Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms. Your licence key is shown to you after checkout and is delivered by Paddle; activate it in Hustle TV Studio under Licence.
Renewal and cancellation
Licences renew every twelve months until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Paddle receipt or by contacting us; cancelling stops the next renewal and your licence stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund policy.
Your content and your channel
Everything you put in the vault and broadcast is yours and remains your responsibility, including the rights to it and compliance with the rules of the platforms you stream to (for example YouTube, Twitch or a partner's RTMP destination). Hustle TV Studio schedules and sends your stream; it does not host, copy or review your content.
What you may not do
- share, resell or circumvent licence keys, or run a licence on more Macs or channels than it covers;
- use the software to broadcast content you have no right to broadcast, or that is unlawful;
- reverse-engineer the licensing or tamper with the signed licence.
Updates and support
Updates are provided through the application's built-in updater while your licence is active. Support is by email at support@hustletv.app; we aim to reply within two working days.
Warranties and liability
We provide the software with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, audience or data arising from its use, and our total liability for a licence is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies, with its date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction. Last updated 16 September 2026.
